Key Metrics Explained

Time-Weighted Returns (TWR)

TWR measures your true trading performance by excluding the impact of deposits and withdrawals. This gives you an accurate view of how well the strategy is performing, independent of how much capital you've added or removed.

Portfolio Value

Current total value of all your positions and available balance

Net Invested

Total deposits minus total withdrawals - your net capital contribution

Trading P&L

Profit or loss from trading activity (Portfolio Value - Net Invested)

ROI %

Return on investment calculated as Trading P&L / Net Invested

Period Returns

Track your performance over different time periods:

  • Daily TWR: Performance for the current day
  • Weekly TWR: Performance for the current week
  • Monthly TWR: Performance for the current month
  • Total TWR: Cumulative performance since you started

Position Overview

Your dashboard also shows your active LP positions:

What You'll See

  • Total LP Value: Combined value of all liquidity positions
  • Net Delta Exposure: Your directional market exposure (aim: near zero)
  • Active Positions: Number of open positions on Orca
  • Token Balances: Your SOL and USDC holdings with USD values

Equity Chart

The dashboard includes an equity chart showing your portfolio value over time:

Cash Flow Tracking

Every deposit and withdrawal is tracked automatically:

DepositsFunds added to your account
WithdrawalsFunds removed from your account
Net FlowDeposits minus withdrawals

Understanding Your Returns

Why TWR Matters

If you deposit more money during a good period, a simple ROI calculation would be skewed. TWR removes this effect, showing you the true performance of the trading strategy regardless of when you added or withdrew funds.
