Getting Started with GRID

Setting up GRID is designed to be simple and secure. This guide walks you through creating your account, funding your encrypted wallet, and activating automated trading.

Prerequisites

Before starting with GRID, ensure you have the following:

1. Email Address

You'll need a valid email to create your GRID account:

  • Used for account verification
  • Important notifications about your positions
  • Account recovery if needed

2. Trading Capital

GRID works with SOL and USDC. You'll need a way to send funds to your GRID wallet:

🪙 SOL (Solana)

Native Solana token for trading and fees

💵 USDC

Stablecoin for the other side of trades

Minimum Recommended: $50 USD equivalent for optimal position sizing

3. Gas Reserve

Keep a small amount of SOL for transaction fees:

  • Position operations: ~0.001 SOL each
  • Rebalancing: ~0.002 SOL
  • Recommend: 0.5 SOL reserve minimum

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Forgot Password

We cannot recover your password as we don't store it. If you exported your private keys before, you can import them into another wallet to access your funds.

Funds Not Showing

Ensure you sent funds to the correct GRID wallet address (it's a Solana address starting with a letter). Transactions usually confirm within 30 seconds.

Positions Not Opening

Check that you have at least 0.5 SOL for gas fees plus your trading capital. Position opening may be delayed during high network congestion.
